HIDA for acute cholecystitis, bile leak or biliary atresia
VQ scans
GIB Scan (tagged Red blood cell)
Brain death
HIDA

NPO for at least 4 hours or less than 24 hours
If NPO >24 hours or TPN need to pretreat with CCK (0.02mcg/kg IV) (30 min)
Hold opiates for 6 hours (Not an absolute contraindication)
